Workshops and Retreats
Since 1995, Christos J. Gianopoulos has led workshops in self-development to enable people to gain perspective on their circumstances and to develop the insight and personal strength that is needed to achieve their. He uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a foundation piece in his work, and he examines philosophical and psychological themes which allow people to gain access to untapped resources within themselves. Here is a list of some of the seminars and retreats that Christos has led, as well as a list of papers that have been written to serve as the groundwork for generating deeper thought and discussion at these events.
